Right in the heart of Coral Springs, Smith & Webster is an upscale comfort food spot that usually has a line out the door on a weekend night. You’ll find a menu of fish tacos and spinach dip for sharing, buttermilk biscuits, and an incredible 12-hour brined wings with citrus butter that we’d put on the “Best of Coral Springs” list if we could.
There’s a welcoming dining room with generous family-style tables where you can take your lamb chops and heaping portions of sides (go for the Ethiopian spiced branzino and nacho chips) and enjoy a special occasion meal. The portions come in generous family-style servings. For a heartier experience, go for the Sunday brunch and you’ll have enough delicious food to savor for the rest of the day.
Patron Azteca

With vibrant papel picado hanging from the ceiling, rustic wooden tables, and colorful sombreros adorning the walls, you would think Patron Azteca is hosting a fiesta you might find in the heart of Mexico City. Luckily, you won’t have to wait for a special occasion to enjoy an order of steak tacos with perfectly charred meat and seafood chimichangas bursting with fresh flavor—the Coral Springs spot is pretty accommodating when it comes to walk-ins. When you visit, go for the birria tacos.
The signature dish features tender shredded beef, slow-simmered in rich consommé, served with fresh cilantro and onions on warm corn tortillas.

It’s a mix of local bands and solo acts that fills the space with energy, and feels like a complete, entertaining night out in one place.

Sometimes you start planning your evening around your next slice of soppressata & pepper pizza, or catch yourself thinking about that fresh burrata while stuck in traffic. Patio Bar & Pizza, a renovated historical train station spot in Coral Springs, has us daydreaming about both of these highlights, as well as their signature thin-crust pies with tasty ingredients, though the basil can be a bit bold for some.
This is also a great place to grab a drink and watch Sunday football since they have a welcoming bar area with happy hour specials and live music events, making it ideal for a girls’ night or casual gathering with friends.
Kavasutra Kava Bar – Coral Springs

Despite the name, Kavasutra Kava Bar in Coral Springs isn’t all about the traditional kava. Everything the tea and kava spot offers is pretty great. From the amazing healing teas to the educational kava experiences, it’s all going to make you feel like you’ve been doing this relaxation thing all wrong. Of course, all of the drinks are fantastic, but it’s the calming atmosphere and friendly service that has us coming back.
The team, including Becca, Alannah, the Mikes, Billy, Dom, and Amber, work hard to maintain the great vibes, with manager Amantha being the nicest ever and bartender Alanna praised for her sweetness and efficiency. They’re open with hours that fit a laid-back visit, so plan ahead to leave with an experience you’ll be talking about tomorrow.
MOV Fusion Bar & Grill

This Coral Springs spot is where you go for Caribbean classics like grilled conch and conch fritters, as well as seafood chowder that’s a delightful surprise. It’s the best Caribbean lounge in town. The place has a welcoming lounge atmosphere with comfortable seating, so it’s an easy spot to bring family and friends at the last minute, relax with some drinks, and share flavorful dishes. While there are standout items on the menu, they have our favorite grilled conch in the area.
The tender grilled shellfish has a flavorful preparation, giving it a nice blend of spice and freshness. Since the service is quick with excellent food delivery, it’s a good solution after a long day or when you’re craving warm hospitality and delicious fresh food.
Outback Steakhouse

For consistently satisfying meals, you’re in good hands at Outback Steakhouse. And even though the line at this Coral Springs spot can get longer than a weekend movie queue, a plate of their 6oz filet mignon with fried mushrooms is worth sticking around to enjoy. Plus, once you’ve been seated, they’re attentive, so you don’t have to wait too long before savoring their steak that’s cooked to perfection. And to round out your meal, get the steak and lobster tail with two sides.

Chili’s Grill & Bar

Chili’s Grill & Bar is one of our go-to spots in Coral Springs for casual American fare. The burgers here are cooked to perfection, with juicy patties and fresh toppings that hit the spot every time. Each meal arrives promptly, thanks to the diligent waitstaff who keep things moving. Our favorites are the crispy chicken wings with their signature sauce and the chicken enchilada soup that warms you right up.
The triple dipper, featuring Big Mouth Bites, honey Chipotle crispers, and southwestern egg rolls, is a must-try for sharing. While the margarita of the month can be a bit sweet, the frozen margarita is always refreshing. The Titos and watermelon drink is another tasty option we keep coming back to. The atmosphere is upbeat and family-friendly, which means it can get lively, but the service remains efficient and polite.
The space is clean, well-lit, and has plenty of parking, making it easy to swing by for a quick bite or a relaxed meal with friends. The versatile space isn’t huge, but it’s a great place to grab some drinks and casual bites on a weekend afternoon. Our favorites here are the changing daily food options and selection of drinks, but you can pick a bunch of different things and enjoy them all with fun entertainment like dart machines and games.
DrYnk Bar & Lounge

Arrive at this Wilton Manors lounge after sunset and you might discover that the regulars have already claimed all the prime spots on the outdoor patio. Don’t let this happen. If it does, have no worry—DrYnk also serves excellent, well-balanced margaritas as well as smooth espresso martinis. Stop by when you want a classic old fashioned, or on a weekend for the popular peanut butter old fashioned and conversation with friendly locals under the lights.

This means you’ll feel like you scored the prime spot at the arcade when you come in for a round of retro games or a pint of their recommended banana beer. You can always count on this place for a lively vibe with well-curated events—which is even better during karaoke or drum and bass nights—so it has a fun, energetic pulse to each visit.
You’ll encounter regulars who’ve been here three times this week and friends pulling out board games (outside food is allowed) while they wait for a DJ set to start.

And while you’re dining, you’ll probably hear live music from an acoustic guitarist and see staff like Elena and the owner ensure guests feel welcomed.

Chops + Hops | Axe Throwing Lodge

One throw into the Berry The Hatchett at Chops + Hops has us feeling more entertained than a surprise party on a Saturday afternoon. The drink comes in a chilled glass and has a fruity, refreshing taste highlighted by a smooth vodka base. And it isn’t the only enjoyable thing at the axe throwing spot’s bar.
The Coral Springs lodge has the top shelf Smoke on the Water with bourbon that can be sipped between throws with a fun group, and they even have private cages for when nobody wants to share their celebration.
Big Dog Station

Big Dog Station is a Coral Springs bar that’s as hit-or-miss as the last-minute field goal attempt that decides your fantasy football week. Sometimes we swing by for a bite and the kitchen’s closed; other times, the outdoor pool tables are all taken. But when you’re lucky enough to snag one of their burgers with a side of fries and a cold draft from their affordable selection, it’s always worth the gamble.
The patty has a great char, and the bun is toasted just right, so you might need to have one of those beers, by the pitcher, on deck. The laid-back vibe with New England decor and dog-friendly policy makes it feel like a local’s living room, even when the game isn’t going your way.
