Since this isn’t your average chain restaurant, you’ll have to arrive early and be prepared to wait for a table if you visit during peak weekend hours.

In fact, a very credible scientific Vaughan study says that at least 80% of the home fry cravings around town come from this spot. OK, there is no research study. But with its retro charm dating back to the 1950s, Three Coins has been an incredibly reliable spot for all things breakfast, but especially their roughly chopped home fries, which they’ve perfected over decades.
They’ve led the comfort food charge with their generous portions and honest, simple dishes like the grilled chicken club on rye and Con Beef Hash with scrambled eggs, all served by friendly staff in a cozy atmosphere complete with jukeboxes in each booth.
Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Woodbridge

This family-friendly spot, situated in a charming neighborhood with street parking nearby, serves perfectly poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce. The hollandaise holds that distinct creamy and tangy richness without being overwhelming, and inside the eggs run down to the yolk.
This is a great breakfast option to throw a wrench in the sweet or savory debate—get the eggs Benedict.
