While Lewisville’s fast food scene stretches from Vista Ridge Mall to Old Town, this updated list covers every corner. Most serve quick, craveable classics—think crispy chicken sandwiches, loaded burgers, and perfectly salted fries. But a few spots surprise with late-night vibes or secret-menu hacks. All guarantee you’ll leave satisfied (and probably with a to-go bag).
Culver’s
$ | (214) 469-2900 | WEBSITE

Culver’s is the kind of affordable, fast food spot we all hope to live within a quick drive of. For about $12, you’ll walk up to the counter and become the architect of your very own meal. Pick a main like a ButterBurger, chicken tenders, fish sandwich, or salad. Then it’s on to sides: crispy fries, rich frozen custard, or maybe a Flavor of the Day. There are more options, but just ask for as much of that creamy custard as they’ll scoop.
Then come back later for a very different sort of treat with the whole family.
Golden Chick
$ | (214) 469-2420 | WEBSITE

It’s not technically fine dining, but you can practically taste the Southern hospitality from the parking lot. A team of friendly staff wearing crisp uniforms moves behind the counter that sends the aroma of fried chicken into the air. Your meal options at this fast-food spot are catfish combos, wings, and fried okra—plus some regular favorites like the 6 pc. Wings. But crispy, golden chicken is what Golden Chick does best, so make that most of your order.
Just be sure to grab one of the mini Nothing Bundt Cakes on your way out, give everything a smile, and let it all settle on the drive home.
Chick-fil-A
$ | (972) 353-3000 | WEBSITE

Chick-fil-A has been a Lewisville staple for years. The classic fast-food spot serves our favorite versions of so many chicken dishes. It’s great for drive-through, but we like eating in the dining room and watching families enjoy their meals while eating their chicken biscuit. It’s very satisfying, but not overly heavy, so be sure to add some of their signature sauces for an extra kick. Those creamy sauces are reason enough to come back.
But try their egg white grilled chicken breakfast sandwich in the morning or spicy sandwich deluxe for lunch one of these days, too.
Lime N Dime
$ | (945) 301-0907 | WEBSITE

Think of this as a modern burger joint. The dining area walls are painted bright green and white, there’s a counter ordering system, and even a pickup window out front. Smash burgers, jalapeño beef patties, and spicy bang bang chicken are piled into your cardboard box as fast as you can choose them from the digital menu. But the speed does not compromise the quality. The grill keeps all the burgers juicy and the fries crispy.
They fill those boxes with so much food, you’ll want to ask, ‘Is this all for me?’ They’re not messing around. And neither is the chicken 65. It’s perfectly breaded, and the heat builds on you like a slow-burning ember.
Layne’s Chicken Fingers
$ | (972) 482-1879 | WEBSITE

This Lewisville spot is another fast food chicken joint. That means tenders, fries, toast, and shakes all live on the menu. But skip the spicy chicken. It’s a little too salty. And forget about the potato salad. It has a nice texture, but it’s so bland, it’s like eating plain potatoes. Get the lemonade instead. It’s refreshing with tons of flavor. You can taste the citrus as soon as you take a sip. And you don’t have to deal with bones—just big chunks of tender chicken.
Taco Bell
$ | (214) 488-5591 | WEBSITE

If the line of cars snaking around the building doesn’t tip you off, this drive-thru spot can get backed up during peak hours. Taco Bell has one window. You order at the speaker and pick up at the window where Chris works (if you’re not just trying to get through quickly). Regardless of when you go, everything comes in a paper bag—and thank goodness, because, as fresh as it is, there’s no way you’re finishing all that burrito in one go. It’s tasty and you really taste the seasoned beef.
Ask for some extra sauce on your order, and try not to bump into the stray wrapper on your way back to your car.
Wingaholic
$ | (469) 630-0083 | WEBSITE

This old fast-food joint in Lewisville is easy to spot thanks to its clean, no-frills exterior that feels like a classic Texas stop. The chicken fried rice is consistently one of our favorites in town—with generous portions that can easily feed two people. The boneless wings are also satisfying enough to disappear from the plate with just a few bites. The portions are huge, but the dining room has just a few TVs playing, so consider this more of a casual grab-and-go spot.
Tacos Sabrositos
$ | (469) 214-2393 | WEBSITE

This tidy spot in Lewisville is serving some of the best barbacoa tacos, chorizo breakfast tacos, and flavorful menudo north of the tollway. Everything comes out fresh and fast, but their clean setup and friendly vibe are good reasons to linger a bit. They’ll ask if you want extra salsa with your tacos. There is only one right answer—yes. They run out of the fajita tacos on corn tortillas by early afternoon, so get there before that happens.
These fantastic creations have a bright cilantro-onion finish and are too easy to devour in minutes.
Taco Casa
$ | (972) 459-5071 | WEBSITE

In a busy strip mall in Lewisville, you’ll find Taco Casa, a compact and mostly takeout spot with a few indoor tables. Taco Casa is a Mexican restaurant, which explains why their signature Chaloda is so satisfying. You’ll also find pretty classic dishes here, like some very good tacos and burritos that are always fresh. Grab a meal on your way out, and you’ve got yourself a fantastic lunch or dinner.
