11 Best Restaurants in Repentigny, QC [2026 Updated]

We’ve eaten our way through Repentigny—the sublime, the forgettable, and the one poutine that haunts our dreams (and arteries). But a handful of spots made us cancel other plans. In a town where smoked meat is a religion, find out which temple reigns. Discover the Italian joint so cozy it feels like nonna’s hug, the Vietnamese pho worth a winter pilgrimage, and the burger we’d defend in a culinary duel. These are the places that truly delivered.

Restaurant Le Coup Monté, à Repentigny (Apportez votre vin)

Restaurant Le Coup Monté, à Repentigny (Apportez votre vin)

Sometimes foie gras’ luxurious reputation makes us wonder which appetizers are next in line for a decadent reimagining. Scallops, could it be you? The foie gras starter has graced Repentigny menus like a divine whisper, but none quite measure up to this spectacularly charming version by cozy little Le Coup Monté. The oh-so tender foie gras gets a perfect sear, then a delightfully generous portion of accompaniments is added, before it’s plated with artistic precision.

Finally, the perfect balance of flavors emerges with each bite. It’s rich, smooth, beautifully indulgent, and the ultimate invitation to bring your favorite bottle of wine. We also think it is deeply satisfying that the dish is presented with the care of a chef who takes pride in their work. A true power starter. The lamb melts in your mouth with similar perfection, and the scallops with coconut milk offer a delicious alternative.

Service is impeccable throughout, making customers feel like royalty from appetizers to desserts. Reservations are wise—this affordable gem fills up early, offering a 5-star meal experience that’s both cozy and incredible.

Restaurant Dino

$ | (450) 585-0585 | WEBSITE

Restaurant Dino

We are in full support of any pizza that laughs in the face of portion control. How does Restaurant Dino load these epic, meaty pepperoni bacon toppings onto such a thin crust without gravity causing it to collapse? We’ll never know. We will however be adding the resident pizza specialist of this remarkably cozy pizzeria to our holiday card list, because this glistening and surprisingly filling Dino underwater special is one of the best ways to spend a tenner in Repentigny.

It’s salty, a touch sweet, loaded with enough topping perfection to cover every last sauce-soaked bite, and it’s potentially the most hypnotically chewy thing we’ve eaten since quitting the bubble gum game in middle school. Critical intel: the resident wing master keeps the walkways snow-free all winter, so make your way to the parking lot before the dinner rush.

Des Cafés Innés

Des Cafés Innés

Come on, did you really think we’d get to the end of Things We Drank This Year That We WhatsApped 8-10 Close Friends About—formal title: The Best New Brews Of 2026—without causing our baristas some serious emotional turmoil? Of course not, and now without further ado we would like to introduce Des Cafés Innés’s Ethiopian pour-over.

It is expertly, palate-tinglingly rich, but never crosses the threshold into bitter, thanks to the inclusion of the fruity brightness of the beans and a splash of perfectly heated water. The aroma is intoxicatingly complex and delightfully light, except the finish which is deepened by the owner’s precise grinding and allows you to participate in a little hobby we like to call ‘attack of the senses’. It has depth. It has style.

And like most things at this cozy Quebec spot in Repentigny, it has a modest price tag. But if you’re ever going to spend a fiver on coffee, it should be for this fantastically moreish sipper.

Au Vieux Duluth Repentigny

$$ | (450) 657-6353 | WEBSITE

Au Vieux Duluth Repentigny

The perpetual challenge with family-friendly restaurants is that they often prioritize convenience over culinary excellence, which is all well and good until you’re left craving something more substantial than the usual fare. But the consistently excellent dishes from Au Vieux Duluth Repentigny are the exception. The restaurant’s offerings are praised for their quality and presentation, incredibly satisfying and comforting thanks to the attentive service overseen by owner Patrick.

It’s got the welcoming atmosphere you want from a neighborhood spot and still delivers great value for money thanks to the professional servers, who with their kindness make for a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.

Lê Bol

$ | (450) 657-7488 | WEBSITE

Lê Bol

Repentigny’s dining scene really came into its own this year, and while Montreal’s Little Saigon steals the spotlight, Lê Bol has a significant supporting role thanks to its pho. The cozy Vietnamese spot injects needed warmth into the neighborhood, and its beef bulgogi bowl became a regular order. Much like the seasons in Quebec, the vegetables used in the fresh, vibrant bowls change often, and our favourite version involved delicate tuna.

It flakes apart at a mere touch, into the sesame oil and soy sauce, with crisp cucumber and carrot. If it stays on the menu, it’ll be a tradition we can get behind.

Sushi Taxi – Station Repentigny

$$ | (450) 841-1415 | WEBSITE

Sushi Taxi - Station Repentigny

Sushi is a seductive-sounding thing for obvious reasons, but few dishes have been quite as fresh and creative as this platter from Sushi Taxi in Repentigny. Delicate little cloud-like salmon nigiri, a paddling pool of silken avocado mousse, earthy shiitake tempura, a few microgreens, and a dusting of sesame seeds on top. When this restaurant’s menu might also feature words like ‘holiday platters’ or ‘low-cost lunches’, it’s easy to overlook a vegetarian option.

And to anyone whose instinct is just that, we say more fool you. Or, rather, no beautifully presented sushi for you.

Bar à Vin Liège

$$$$ | (450) 657-5050 | WEBSITE

Bar à Vin Liège

Wine pairings are often described as essential and, although it’s a cliché, there’s also a part of us that looks at the tartare de cerf from Bar à Vin Liège and thinks, ‘that would taste perfect with a glass of bold red in the dining room’. All of the starters coming out of this Repentigny wine bar are exceptional, but the tartare de cerf is our favourite of the lot. The ingredients are local, but the depth of flavour doesn’t waver.

A serving of this deer tartare is simultaneously rustic and refined. It’s a sort of edible landscape painting. Beautiful hints of red (wine reduction), earthy browns (mushrooms), embedded in a vibrant crimson (venison) base. It’s best paired with a glass or, rather, a bottle from their knowledgeable sommeliers, and you best be prepared to reorder it, pronto.

The terrace adds to the charm, making it a perfect spot for enjoying extraordinary wines at reasonable prices—around $18 for starters and $30-45 for mains—in a warm, courteous atmosphere with personalized service.

Cora déjeuners

$ | (450) 657-0771 | WEBSITE

Cora déjeuners

Above the shared and somewhat cramped parking lot of Repentigny’s commercial strip is Cora déjeuners. The kid-friendly breakfast spot is set up with the straightforward decor you find in family diners all over Quebec, but it’s a breakfast plate that will take you far from consistency. The morning special, a plate of eggs and potatoes with toast, would be comforting if it wasn’t for the unfortunate issues of burnt bread, cold eggs, and unseasoned potatoes.

Spread the butter on the toast before taking a bite. No perfect crunch. No warm yolk. No smiling, because you don’t want to ignore this plate of inconsistency.

Brasserie La Ripaille

$$ | (450) 581-8100 | WEBSITE

Brasserie La Ripaille

If restaurants could sing, this charming brasserie in Repentigny, nestled between Montreal and Trois-Rivières, would be belting out something like “gather your friends” or “you deserve a celebration”. To be honest, even without a musical number, this lively, welcoming space with its beautiful big room and warm atmosphere gets us in our festive feels. In a heated round of word association, this place and joy would be the perfect pair.

That’s not to say it should strictly be visited for special occasions. We’ve found it to be a nice escape for those regular evenings, when the routine needs shaking up, and you’re always one sincere “how was your day?” away from connection. If you’re into homemade food served by chef Christine with excellent, fast service, get there. If you’re not into group events with live performances like Julien Tremblay and his musical guests, get there anyway.

PFK

$ | (450) 582-3046 | WEBSITE

PFK

Those who appreciate Haitian cuisine will know there’s a difference in satisfaction between a good meal and a truly memorable one. One isn’t necessarily better than the other, but encountering a dish that’s perfectly executed, or one that feels genuinely authentic, sparks a special kind of culinary delight. The griot from PFK is one of those. A proper soul-warming experience.

There’s much to discuss about this restaurant with its mixed reputation, but you could (and maybe should) just come here for this dish. It’s a golden, crispy pork shoulder, marinated in citrus and spices—hot, but not mouth-scorching hot—with a side of pikliz that adds the perfect sharp crunch. It’s savory, it’s tender, it’s spicy, it’s tangy, it’s the kind of comfort food that makes you forget any previous disappointments.

When Margaret is working, the experience elevates further—her knowledge and friendly service turn a simple meal into something worth returning for, even if the prices occasionally feel a bit steep for what you get. The management seems committed to improvement, which gives hope that the inconsistencies some mention might become a thing of the past.

MEZ Tapas & Mixologie

$$ | (450) 657-0000 | WEBSITE

MEZ Tapas & Mixologie

We sometimes worry that mediocre margaritas have given Mexican mixology a bad name. So to anyone who’s felt personally betrayed by some syrupy-sweet concoction that left you with a sugar headache for days, this one’s for you. The daydream-worthy guacamole at this vibrant spot in Repentigny has the power to restore your faith in the good stuff. Silky smooth avocado is mashed with zesty lime, crisp cilantro, and just enough jalapeño heat, served with perfectly salted tortilla chips.

Surprisingly fresh, simple, and beautifully balanced. It tastes more flavor-kissed than overwhelmed, and will have even the most guacamole-averse tempted to nab the last chip.
