This is a genuinely authentic option, to the extent that you consider enjoying Tallarines Verdes and fried plantains while surrounded by Peruvian decor and sipping an Inka Cola as authentic.
The atmosphere truly transports you to Lima without the traffic, and while the prices run slightly higher than other local spots, the generous portions mean you’ll likely have leftovers for tomorrow. The staff’s quick, friendly service and helpful suggestions make every visit feel special, whether it’s for a casual gathering or a Father’s Day celebration.
Kisho Japanese Restaurant

Dinner starts early at 5pm (but you should probably get your appetite ready beforehand) and sticks to consistently excellent classics.
If you don’t give a sh*t about restraint, direct your attention to the Giant Roll here—it’s got a little bit of everything you enjoy, all wrapped up in one perfect package. The owner, Song, keeps things lively with his jokes while the friendly staff treats you like a regular, even if you’re rolling in near closing time. With the Baked Salmon Roll and Original Ramen with medium spice rounding out the offerings at good prices, it’s no wonder people call this the best sushi in Santa Clarita.
