It comes with potato and veggie sides, but the best is their 20oz version, which is so juicy and flavorful that many guests take leftovers home for breakfast. Bear Lake Inn is cozy and welcoming with friendly, prompt service, but it’s still usually easy to grab a seat on the deck.
This full-service spot works well for dinner or celebrations since they offer homemade desserts and treats like free brownie sundaes for birthdays. But if you’re just stopping by for lunch, their woodfire pizza and burgers are reliably delicious and reasonably priced.

This brightly lit, sit-down restaurant is spacious, with plenty of tables, so it’s a great spot for large groups—perfect for sharing their generous portions. The boneless wings are fantastic starters but then make sure to order some of their sandwiches and subs.
Some of our favorites are the flavorful steak sub on wheat, the classic Italian hoagie, and their pizza which has a crispy crust and incredibly tasty toppings.

Sometimes a classic sandwich and fries is the best way to enjoy a casual meal, and one of our favorite places to do that is at Bistro 210, a charming restaurant with elegant styling. Each visit offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, along with exceptional service from attentive bartenders and thoughtful servers. Their menu has a range of delicious options, but some of our favorites are the Turkey Cran Sandwich with Sweet Potato Fries and the Western burger with great flavor and char.
The pub pretzels are also amazing, making the experience enjoyable for everyone, including those needing wheelchair access.

This spot in Corry has been one of our favorite burger joints for a while. We really like their juicy Blue cheese burger with bacon, the fried shrimp basket is crispy with plenty of flavor, and the fresh cut French fries are hot and satisfying. The Library Bar & Grill’s dining room is very charming and relaxed, filled with books, families, and solo diners.

Their ribeye steak special is a perfectly cooked medium-rare cut with a beautiful sear, and comes with garlic mashed potatoes that complement the richness of the meat. We also like their crispy calamari (lightly battered and served with a zesty lemon aioli) as well as their surf & turf with tender filet mignon and succulent lobster tail.
The comfortable dining room is decorated with warm wood accents and has plenty of seating, but it’s a great spot for a special occasion dinner where you can enjoy attentive service and a celebratory bottle of wine from their well-curated list.

Mandy’s Dutch Treat checks all the boxes on our very official ‘Country Comfort Food’ checklist: homemade dishes, large portions, and a rustic atmosphere. The cool, woodworked space has plenty of tables plus lots of parking outside. We like their Broaster Chicken that comes hot and crispy and Fish that’s always tasty and served quickly. But they also have Liver and Onions with a great homemade flavor and comforting combinations like Meatloaf and Rubens.
This place can get pretty busy, especially with folks who drive an hour just to visit, but a room full of happy regulars is also on our checklist.

But even more celebrated than its fresh start is their pizza. The pies at this friendly neighborhood tavern are consistently delicious, with a crust that somehow manages to be both crisp and satisfyingly chewy.
Come for the excellent service from Andrea and the man in the red shirt, stay for a great lager with lime juice, and discover why this place feels like it’s always been here.
Little Caesars Pizza

There are plenty of pizza places in Corry, and this is the classic. It’s a counter-service spot that focuses on one thing—affordable pizza—and does it very well. And though we do like their online ordering for large groups, you’ll most likely find us grabbing their 5-dollar lunch special. It’s a fair-sized meal for two and provides solid value—which means that you might have to wait during busy times, but hey, that’s why some genius invented patience.
Make sure to also get your parmesan topping request in early, since the diligent staff can occasionally overlook specifics when they’re swamped.
Ashley’s Pub BBQ & Catering

If you’re not someone who dreams about eating smoked brisket so tender that it falls apart at the touch of a fork, a visit to Ashley’s Pub BBQ & Catering will change that. This fantastic barbecue-centric establishment also serves the best smoked burgers in the area, the most flavorful wings we’ve ever had, and all-you-can-eat buffets featuring a variety of meats and sides so generous we’d like to take a nap after finishing.
The rest of the menu is made up of smoked specialties and classic pub fare, which is what you’ll find on most of the tables in the spacious dining area, filled with families and small groups of locals enjoying the welcoming atmosphere.

We’re not exactly sure who the Dutch Village folks are, but regardless, their cozy country eatery has some of the best comfort food in the area. Order either the generous meatloaf dinner (which includes homemade bread, vegetables, and your choice of side), a grilled cheese sandwich, or the taco salad with fresh ingredients and gluten-free options. After your first visit, you’ll find yourself quickly becoming a regular here.
