This Vietnamese spot in Columbus is one of my absolute favorites, partly because it’s the city’s little oasis of flavor (even on a dreary Ohio day), but also, that broth.
The build-your-own pho lets you customize your bowl, at the moment I’m loving the marin and tofu with beef broth, but whatever combination you choose, prepare to be completely satisfied and thoroughly comforted.
