It’s also a perfect place to kill an afternoon or a whole evening sipping drinks and flipping through vinyl. Those cozy spots fill up fast, so show up early or come solo to ensure a seat. The Kyoto cold brew is one of the best coffees we’ve had this year, smooth and complex from the slow-drip process. We liked it with the cinnamon butter toast paired with blueberries that’ll warm you right up.
Or get a highball, which—considering it’s made with luxury kuramoto ice—is a pretty reasonable use of $14. But it’s not all drinks and small bites here. There’s an incredible atmosphere sporting cool, clean decor and vibey music that’s worth suggesting a name change to Longplay Lounge.
The 3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro

We like the decent California reds to start—they’re smooth in flavor and balanced in body, and they give your evening of winding down from the day something to savor. A glass of whiskey sipped in the semi-hidden space makes a fun, mellow interlude, and the friendly atmosphere with great service is a great excuse to stay late enough for the place to turn into a nightclub of some sort.
